What to Expect
Each session includes a gentle consultation, therapeutic sound treatment primarily the therapists voice, grounding. There is time for feedback and reflection.
You’ll be invited to sit or lie down fully clothed and simply rest in a peaceful space of sound and stillness.
The treatment uses carefully chosen frequencies created through the healer’s voice and tuning forks, along with occasional Tibetan bowls, drum, or rattle. Silence is woven in intentionally — it’s often as potent as the sound itself.
These frequencies clear and optimise the natural flow of energy through your body, releasing blocks caused by stress, overwhelm, or life’s demands.
After the Session
You’ll be encouraged to stay well-hydrated, take time for quiet reflection, and explore a simple breathing or grounding practice at home.

How Does Sound Healing Work?
